နောက်ထက်လည်း မတရားအမိန့်တွေနဲ့ သေဒဏ်ကျနေတဲ့ အပြစ်မဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေကို သတ်ဖြတ်မဲ့အရေးကိုလည်း စိုးရိမ်ကြောင်း စာနာထောက်ထားကြောင်း စာထုတ် နေမဲ့အစား ထိထိရောက်ရောက် အရေးယူပေးဘို့ တောင်းဆို ဆန္ဒပြကြမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ယူကေမှာရှိတဲ့ လူမူအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ တိုင်းရင်းသားများ အားလုံးပါဝင်ကြပါမယ်။

On the 25th July 2022, the Myanmar military dictatorship executed four democracy activists: Ko Jimmy, Phyo Zeyar Thaw, Hla Myo Aung and Aung Thura Zaw. It has been reported that the junta is planning more executions for democracy activists who have been sentenced to death since the beginning of the February 2021 military coup.
The Myanmar community residing in the UK is calling on the British government to immediately expel the Myanmar military attaché, Captain Soe Aung from the United Kingdom. Captain Soe Aung represents a military responsible for the murder, torture and multiple war crimes inflicted on innocent Burmese civilians. The presence of a Myanmar military attaché in the UK gives legitimacy to the Junta’s illegal 2021 coup.
To quote the Director of Burma Campaign UK, “Allowing the military to keep an attaché in the UK is sending the wrong message to the military, that we accept the military and that they are welcome in the UK.”
Moreover, the presence of the Myanmar military attaché operating in London is a huge concern to the safety of the UK’s Myanmar community. Every time we hold peaceful demonstrations, we are monitored and filmed by Myanmar military personnel, to which the information is relayed back to the junta in Myanmar. The British government does not have a military attaché in Myanmar as military relations were ended following the genocidal military offensive against the Rohingya in 2017. So why does the junta have a military attaché to the UK?

At the ASEAN Summit in Cambodia, expatriate Burmese will hold a Globel protest on 16/06/2022 to demand the ASEAN to stop humanitarian assistance through the Myanmar Military Council.
In the UK, there will be a demonstration in front of the Indonesian Embassy on 16/06/2022 from 12 noon to 1 pm on behalf of ethnic brothers and sisters in Burma.

NUG campaign UK held the protest to mark the 27th March 2021, one year anniversary of one of the highest fatal brutal crackdowns in Spring Revolution of Myanmar by Myanmar Military after the coup. It was at the residence/Office of Myanmar Military Attaché last Sunday. The reason is #MyanmarMilitaryAttachéOut
Captain Soe Aung represents Myanmar Military regime that carrying out the killing of innocent people in Myanmar, air-strikes on many villages destroying livelihoods of Ethnic minorities and responsible for genocide. Myanmar’s generals are hand in hand with Russia and support the Russia’s action on invading Ukraine. Soe Aung lives in a multimillion-pound home in Wimbledon as well as the office. These homes are owned by the Government on Myanmar in other words “The People of Myanmar”
Why is Soe Aung being able to operate freely in the UK whilst the British Government does not have a Military Attaché in Myanmar?
